Your operators called and managed to drastically improve the stain. Your operators were quick to inform me that complete removal would be impossible, I must say both them and your office personnel dealt with the insurance paperwork extremely quickly and efficiently, the new carpet was being fitted to very next day. The cleaning procedure was fantastic and what was looking rather dull and grey has been given a new lease of life. It is a big, big improvement and really does look wonderful.
