I rent out my property as a holiday home to people over the summer. I was in Waitrose supermarket looking for
spot removers for treating lots of stains on the carpets. While I was looking I met a lady who worked there who
told me to forget about the products on the shelf because they were no good, and to ring you. She told me that
you have cleaned her carpets etc a few times and you were the best company in the field, especially for stain
removal. On hearing this I left the supermarket and phoned you.
