Each and every rug we collect or you send to
us is individually inspected for possible
existing problems, maybe from previous
cleans or any problems that may occur
through cleaning, these problems may
include, previous colour bleeds, fibre
staining, or dye variations, even worn areas
or white knots, pet stains etc, once we have
made our assessment our office personnel
will contact you with our recommendations.

Once our pre-inspection has been done
and our recommendations noted the next
stage is to 'dust' the rug, 'Dusting' is
probably the most important stage of
cleaning, as you can see from the photos
above and below, incredible amounts of
dry soil can be present, this must be
removed first before any further cleaning

soil has been vacuumed away our technician
will test for any migration of dyes or colour
bleed, this will be followed by whichever
cleaning technique our technician advises,
whether it be cold water flooding with the aid
of soft brushes for mild agitation, or water
extraction, in some cases low moisture

rugs construction, whatever the method
chosen your rugs will be returned to you

Now the rug is clean, it is given a final
groom with horse hair brushes, rolled,
wrapped and ready for delivery.
